What was broken?

Challenge

Auto Alert started as a product idea from someone who understood the ITP station workflow from the inside. The opportunity was clear: inspection stations were losing repeat business because reminders, customer follow-up, and vehicle obligations were handled manually or inconsistently.

  • The founder needed a real SaaS product, not just a presentation website.
  • The platform had to be useful for his own operations and sellable to other ITP stations.
  • Customer, vehicle, reminder, appointment, and payment logic needed to live in one coherent system.

What was built?

Solution

We built Auto Alert as a custom SaaS platform for Romanian ITP stations, giving the founder a working product he can use internally while growing it as a subscription-based platform for other operators.

Full SaaS-style admin dashboard for managing stations, customers, vehicles, appointments, and inspections.

Automated SMS and email reminder flows for ITP expiry, rovignete, CASCO, and recurring vehicle obligations.

Stripe payment and subscription infrastructure to support the SaaS revenue model.

Reporting and analytics foundations so platform usage and operational performance can be measured over time.

How was it delivered?

Process

The build focused on turning domain knowledge into product logic: what the station needs today, what customers need to be reminded about, and how the product can scale beyond one operator.

Mapped the ITP station workflow, customer lifecycle, vehicle obligations, and reminder logic.

Defined the SaaS product structure: admin dashboard, data models, permissions, subscriptions, and communication flows.

Built the SvelteKit and Supabase platform with SMS/email automation, Stripe billing, and operational dashboards.

Prepared the product for growth so the founder can use it himself, validate it with real stations, and expand the platform commercially.
