Kronburg needed more than a refreshed presentation website. The old setup did not reflect the new operational direction, and the digital presence needed to support lead capture, content publishing, CRM workflows, and direct customer communication.
- The website was not structured as a business system.
- CRM, content, and contact flows were disconnected from the public experience.
