Challenge
Natscent had already proven demand through Amazon, but the brand did not yet have an owned e-commerce experience at the level of the competitors they wanted to stand beside. They needed a website that could translate the quality of the product into a calm, refined, trustworthy commerce journey.
- Sales were happening through Amazon, but the brand lacked its own direct commerce channel.
- The existing digital presence did not communicate the product quality or brand ambition strongly enough.
