What the service solves

Start with the process, then choose the technology.

Nomadic Digital builds business integrations and practical AI workflows for teams moving information between disconnected tools. We identify where a rule-based automation is enough, where AI can assist, and where a person should remain in control. The goal is a workflow your team can understand, use and maintain.

Scope of work

Automation around the way your team works.

We agree the use case, required access, source data and acceptance criteria before implementation. Depending on your systems, the work can include:

01

AI assistants and agents

Assist with finding approved information, drafting responses or preparing actions. Define what the assistant can access and when a person must approve.

02

CRM and lead workflows

Connect forms, contact records and follow-up steps. Route enquiries and update the agreed fields without repeated manual copying.

03

ERP and e-commerce connections

Connect product, stock, order or customer data where the systems support it. Agree data ownership, sync rules and exception handling.

04

Document processing

Scope extraction or classification of information from documents, with validation and a review step for incomplete or uncertain results.

05

External APIs and workflows

Connect existing services through available APIs and business rules. Handle failed requests, duplicates and events that need manual attention.

06

Content and operational tools

Build draft-generation or internal reporting workflows around approved inputs. Keep publishing decisions and consequential actions under agreed controls.

Relevant portfolio work

Connections built into real projects.

Our portfolio includes CRM-connected websites, an AI-assisted content workflow and ERP-connected commerce. Each example describes its own delivered scope.

How we work

One useful workflow before a wider rollout.

  1. 01

    Map the current process

Identify the people, systems, repeated tasks and exceptions. Choose a bounded use case with an observable outcome.

  2. 02

    Check data and access

Review API availability, permissions and data quality. Agree system boundaries, human review and how to handle failures.

  3. 03

    Build and test a pilot

Implement the workflow and test representative cases with your team, including missing information and failed integrations.

  4. 04

    Roll out and maintain

Document how the workflow operates, agree ownership and support, and improve it using observed usage and exceptions.

Before we start

Questions about AI and integrations.

When does a workflow need AI?

AI can help interpret or draft unstructured text. Fixed rules are often more suitable for predictable data transfers and calculations. We assess the task first and combine approaches only when useful.

Can you connect our existing CRM or ERP?

We first check its API, export options, permissions and any vendor restrictions. The integration scope depends on what the systems allow and which data or actions you need to connect.

Will an AI agent act without human review?

Only within the permissions and actions agreed for the project. Approvals, validation and escalation can be part of the workflow. We do not present AI output as infallible or promise a fully autonomous business operation.

Should we replace our current tools with custom software?

Not automatically. An integration or a small workflow may solve the problem. Custom software becomes relevant when existing tools cannot support an important process or create recurring limitations that justify the work.

How are cost and scope determined?

Scope depends on the workflow, systems, data preparation, permissions, testing and support needs. We agree deliverables and acceptance criteria after discovery, with platform, model and third-party usage costs identified separately.
